The Concept (In Plain English)
Imagine a sales team of 50 people all keeping their contacts in different Excel sheets and sticky notes. It's chaos. I stepped in to build a 'Central Nervous System' for the business. I connected all their tools (email, phone, website) into one master database (CRM) so that every interaction was tracked automatically. This turned a messy sales floor into a disciplined machine where management could finally see what was actually happening.
The Build (Technical Deep Dive)
Led the migration and re-architecture of a complex HubSpot instance integrated with Salesforce. Designed custom data models to track non-standard sales cycles. Implemented API integrations with enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo) to automatically populate lead data. Built automated workflows using Python scripts and webhooks to route leads based on territory logic, reducing manual triage time by 80%.
